Hear Care Audiology is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We operate independent audiology clinics at 30C Strand Street, Skerries, Co. Dublin, and Unit 3C, rear of 1 Church Rd, Malahide, Co. Dublin.

2. What data we collect
When you submit a booking or contact enquiry through this website, we collect:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address (if provided)
- Preferred clinic and service
- Preferred appointment date (if provided)
- Any message you include in the form
We do not collect sensitive health information through this website. Any health information you share in a message field is provided voluntarily at your discretion.
3. Why we collect it
We use your information solely to respond to your appointment enquiry and to arrange your visit. The legal basis for this processing is contract performance (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries from prospective patients (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Who sees your data
Your enquiry is received by the Hear Care Audiology team. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use the following processors to deliver our services:
- Vercel - website hosting (servers in the EU/EEA where possible)
- Resend - transactional email delivery of booking enquiries
All processors are bound by data processing agreements and operate in compliance with GDPR.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission, or until the matter is resolved, whichever is sooner. Clinical records maintained at our clinics are subject to separate retention policies required by Irish healthcare regulations.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data (the “right to be forgotten”)
- Object to or restrict processing
- Data portability
